Account: first name, last name, phone, email address.

Bookings: vehicle, dates, pickup mode or delivery address, optional instructions.

Location: optional, only if you allow it, to suggest the nearest destination. It is not stored.

Usage measurement: anonymised events (e.g. viewing a vehicle, starting a booking) to improve the app.

Website waiting list: email address and phone type.

The deposit is paid via Apple Pay. Card data is never sent to us in clear; it is processed by Apple and our payment provider [to be completed].

Performance of contract: account creation, booking management, vehicle handover.

Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, service improvement.

Consent: location, launch email.

The rental company handing over the vehicle receives the information needed for the booking. Our technical processors (hosting, email, payment) act on our instructions.

Account data: until the account is deleted. Bookings: statutory accounting period. Waiting list: until launch then deleted, or as soon as you unsubscribe.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. The account can be deleted directly in the app (Profile, “Delete my account”). For any request: Contact page. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
